This model also comes with the latest Hero 2 sensor, which Logitech claims will provide better performance in tracking. The sensor has the capacity to monitor as much as 500 IPS, and will provide 32,000 DPI. The mouse features a dual-array design to increase the accuracy of tracking when moving. Also, the rate of polling is 2000 Hz. In the previous model the polling rate was 1000 Hz.
